About the Journal
The Smart Techno Journal is a scholarly, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal that accommodates scientific research in the fields of Smart Technology, Informatics, and Technopreneurship. Primakara University (formerly STMIK Primakara) publishes it twice a year (February and September).

Peer Review Process
Smart Techno (Smart Technology, Informatics, and Technopreneurship) operates a double-blind peer-reviewing process. All submissions will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper, including novelty, originality, objectivity, methods, conclusion, and references. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of articles. The Editor's decision is final. Any such submission is subject to all of the journal's usual procedures, with peer review handled independently of the relevant editor and their research groups.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal is funded by author fees (APCs) and supported by the Primakara University

Digital Preservation and Archiving
The journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content through multiple trusted digital archiving systems.
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network, which provides free and distributed preservation services for Open Journal Systems (OJS) journals that meet the required criteria.
LOCKSS
The journal supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to enable the collection, preservation, and distribution of journal content across participating libraries, ensuring long-term digital security.
CLOCKSS
The journal also participates in the CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) archive, providing an additional layer of secure and permanent preservation through a globally distributed network of libraries.
