Analisa E-CRM Pada PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Dengan Kerangka Kerja Dynamic CRM
Abstract
PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir or often called JNE is a courier service provider or goods delivery company. Developments in the business world, people's lifestyles, as well as developments in information technology such as the rise of e-commerce have made the demand for shipment handling grow. Along with this, JNE does not stop developing until there. JNE makes CRM innovations that are expected to improve service and convenience to customers. In this study the authors will analyze CRM from JNE based on the Dynamic CRM framework. Discuss the features and drawbacks of this form of CRM.
